Anti-Drift

The Anti-Drift feature can be toggled ON or OFF. It performs a calibration process to determine the true center position of both analog sticks when returned to their resting position.

Overview

While optional, Anti-Drift calibration is highly recommended—especially when using in-game deadzones set to 0. Calibrating your sticks ensures that small, unwanted stick movements (commonly called “stick noise”) are removed from input calculations. This helps prevent camera drift and improves the accuracy of features such as Aim Assist and Anti-Recoil.

Calibration Process

To begin calibration:

  1. Open the Calibration menu.
  2. Press Cross (✕) on PlayStation or A on Xbox.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions displayed on the OLED.

The display will show prompts such as:

“Push Left Stick Left ←”

and a progress bar to indicate how far to push the stick.

  • Push the requested stick in the indicated direction until the bar reaches the highlighted zone.
  • Hold the stick there for 1 second, then release it and press Cross / A to continue.
  • The process automatically advances through all four directions for both sticks.

Manual Adjustments

If you need to recalibrate a specific stick or direction:

  • Use R1 / RB or L1 / LB to switch between the left and right sticks.
  • Use any D-Pad direction to choose which direction to calibrate.

Otherwise, the automated sequence will guide you through every stick and direction.

Drift Test

After completing calibration, the system will display the Drift Test screen. This screen shows live stick readings:

LS: x, y
RS: x, y

These represent the X/Y values for the Left Stick (LS) and Right Stick (RS).

  • When untouched, both sticks should display 0, 0.
  • If any value is not zero, drift is still present and the calibration should be repeated.
  • Negative X = Left direction
  • Positive X = Right direction
  • Negative Y = Up direction
  • Positive Y = Down direction

Drift Reset

To erase stored calibration data:

  1. Navigate to the Drift Reset screen.
  2. Hold Cross / A for 1 second.

This clears all saved anti-drift boundaries. A new calibration should be performed immediately afterward.

Drift Values

The Drift Values screen is for diagnostic purposes only. It displays the internal boundary and dynamic deadzone readings for both analog sticks but does not offer any interactive features or adjustments.
