Controller Menu¶
The Controller menu allows you to configure your button layout, stick deadzones, and other input preferences to match your personal setup or in-game settings.
Button Layout¶
Customize your controller button bindings to match your preferred layout. By default, the script is configured for the standard controller layout.
How to Configure:
- Press A (Xbox) or Cross (✕) (PlayStation) to open the Button Layout configuration menu.
- Use the Up / Down buttons to select an action to bind.
- Press the controller button you wish to assign to that action.
- To clear a binding:
- Hold any unassigned button for 1 second, or
- Double-tap the Share / View button.
- When setup is complete, press B / Circle (◯) to exit the menu.
Button Layout Mismatch
Failure to correctly match your in-game button layout with the script’s button layout can cause malfunction or unintended behavior. This may result in incorrect actions, mods not triggering, or inputs being misread. Always ensure your in-game control scheme exactly matches your script configuration before playing.
Deadzone Left¶
Adjusts the left stick deadzone used by the script. Smaller values result in quicker input detection but may cause unwanted movement if your stick has drift.
Deadzone Right¶
Adjusts the right stick deadzone used by the script. Lower values provide finer aiming precision but can exaggerate stick drift if present.
Flipped¶
Allows you to play with a flipped button layout. A flipped button layout is where you use R1/RB to Fire, and L1/LB to Aim instead of using the traditional R2/RT and L2/LT.
Configuring Flipped Button Layout¶
In your game settings:
- Fire must be set to R2/RT.
- Zoom must be set to L2/LT.
In the script settings:
- Fire must be set to R1/RB.
- ADS must be set to L1/LB.
Flipped must be set to On.
Hair Triggers¶
Converts any trigger press into a full press. Ideal for players who want instant trigger response without fully depressing the trigger.
Inverted¶
Enables support for inverted Y-axis players.
Important
Only enable this if you have “Invert All Vertical Look” or “Invert Vertical Look – Infantry” set to ON under Settings → Gameplay menu within the Global section in the game settings.
Most players should leave this disabled.
Smoothing¶
Smoothing applies an exponential smoothing algorithm to your aimer movement when aiming and/or firing. This feature reduces rapid or abrupt stick movements, helping to stabilize your aim for greater precision and control—especially during recoil or fine-tuning your target tracking.
While smoothing can make your aimer feel slightly slower or less reactive, it effectively eliminates jittery input, providing a steadier, more predictable motion curve that helps maintain accuracy under pressure.
You can adjust the smoothing level to match your playstyle:
- Off → No smoothing applied. Maximum responsiveness but less stability.
- Low → Light smoothing for a natural feel with minor stabilization.
- Medium → Balanced option offering noticeable control improvement with minimal delay.
- High → Strong smoothing for maximum steadiness, ideal for precision aiming but may feel slower.
