Controller Settings

Why? These tell the script exactly how YOUR controller works, so it reads your button presses correctly.

Wrong settings = script messes up!

Must Set These:

  • Button Layout = Which buttons do what? (Jump? Crouch?) MUST match your Call of Duty game EXACTLY.
  • Stick Layout = Which stick moves you? Which aims? MUST match your game.
  • Left/Right Deadzone = How far you push sticks before they work.
  • Flipped = Are your aim/fire buttons swapped? (See below.)
  • Inverted = Flip up/down aiming? (Yes/No)
  • Hair Triggers = Super-fast trigger pulls? (Yes/No)
  • Slide/Dive = How does your game handle slide/dive? MUST match your game.

SUPER IMPORTANT!!!

Button Layout + Stick Layout + Slide/Dive MUST 100% MATCH YOUR GAME SETTINGS. Wrong = Script ignores buttons or acts crazy! 😵

Custom Button Layout (Your Own Buttons?)

If your buttons are NOT the default… do this:

  1. Go to Button Layout → Pick Custom → Press A/Cross to start.
  2. See list: ADS, Jump, Reload, etc.
  3. For EACH ONE: Hold down the EXACT SAME BUTTON you use in Call of Duty.
  4. Use D-Pad Up/Down to pick action.
  5. HOLD your button for 1 FULL SECOND = Assigned! ✅
  6. Want to remove? Double-tap View/Share = Gone!

Swapped Triggers?

If Fire/Aim are NOT on triggers (R2/L2), see Flipped section below!

Flipped Button Layout (Swapped Aim/Fire?)

Flipped = Swap Aim (ADS) and Fire buttons. (Puts them on bumpers instead of triggers.)

Using Built-in Button Layout

  1. Game: Button Layout = Default, Tactical, etc., (or whatever) → DO NOT enable Flipped in game settings!
  2. Script: Button Layout = Default, Tactical, etc., (matches game).

Using Custom Button Layout

  1. Game: Set L2/LT = ADS and R2/RT = Fire (triggers normal).
  2. Script: Assign L1/LB = ADS and R1/RB = Fire (bumpers).
