❗ How to Troubleshoot Cronus Marketplace Errors¶

⚠️ Mozilla Firefox is not compatible.
The Cronus Zen Marketplace requires a Chromium-based web browser to work properly. Most popular browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave are supported.
🛠️ Still Getting an Error on a Supported Browser?¶
If you’re using a compatible browser and still getting an error, follow these steps:
- Close the Cronus Zen Marketplace completely.
- Open Zen Studio on your PC.
- Go to the Device tab at the top.
- Click “Factory Reset.”
- Once complete, close Zen Studio.
- Reopen the Cronus Zen Marketplace and try connecting again.
Additionally, you may try the following steps:
- Try another USB cable.
- Try another USB port on your PC.
