❗ How to Troubleshoot Cronus Marketplace Errors

⚠️ Mozilla Firefox is not compatible.

The Cronus Zen Marketplace requires a Chromium-based web browser to work properly. Most popular browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Brave are supported.

🛠️ Still Getting an Error on a Supported Browser?

If you’re using a compatible browser and still getting an error, follow these steps:

  • Close the Cronus Zen Marketplace completely.
  • Open Zen Studio on your PC.
  • Go to the Device tab at the top.
  • Click “Factory Reset.”
  • Once complete, close Zen Studio.
  • Reopen the Cronus Zen Marketplace and try connecting again.

Additionally, you may try the following steps:

  • Try another USB cable.
  • Try another USB port on your PC.
