How to Troubleshoot Cronus Marketplace Errors¶
The Cronus Zen Marketplace requires a Chromium-based web browser to function properly.
Supported browsers include, but are not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.
Mozilla Firefox Users
⚠️ Mozilla Firefox is not compatible with the Cronus Zen Marketplace.
Troubleshooting Steps for Supported Browsers¶
If you’re already using a supported browser and still encounter errors, follow these steps:
- Close the Cronus Zen Marketplace completely.
- Open Zen Studio on your PC.
- Go to the Device tab at the top.
- Click Factory Reset.
- When the reset is complete, close Zen Studio.
- Reopen the Cronus Zen Marketplace and try connecting again.
Additional Fixes¶
If the issue persists, try the following:
- Use a different USB cable (preferably the original or a high-quality data cable).
- Plug your Cronus Zen into a different USB port on your PC (avoid USB hubs or front-panel ports if possible).
