đšī¸ How To Perform a Hard Reset
Doing a Hard Reset will restore your Cronus Zen to factory settings — like it just came out of the box. This can help clear up bugs, glitches, or misconfigurations.
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Unplug everything from your Cronus Zen. |
| 2 | Locate the P1 and P2 buttons (the blue buttons to the LEFT/RIGHT of the OLED screen). |
| 3 | Press and hold both P1 and P2 at the same time. (the buttons highighted in RED in the picture below). |
| 4 | While holding them down, plug the Cronus Zen into your PC or console using the rear CONSOLE/PC USB port. |
| 5 | Continue holding the buttons for about 4 seconds. |
| 6 | Release them after the LED flashes red, green, then blue. |
| 7 | Once successful, the Collective Minds alien head đŊ logo will appear on the OLED screen. |
