How to Troubleshoot Cronus Marketplace Errors

The Cronus Zen Marketplace requires a Chromium-based web browser to function properly. Supported browsers include, but are not limited to, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.

Troubleshooting Steps for Supported Browsers

If you’re already using a supported browser and still encounter errors, follow these steps:

  1. Close the Cronus Zen Marketplace completely.
  2. Open ZenStudio on your PC.
  3. Go to the Device tab at the top.
  4. Click Factory Reset.
  5. When the reset is complete, close ZenStudio.
  6. Reopen the Cronus Zen Marketplace and try connecting again.

  • Use a different USB cable (preferably the original or a high-quality data cable).
  • Plug your Cronus Zen into a different USB port on your PC (avoid USB hubs or front-panel ports if possible).
